Dad Dad is in town this week!! We love to have him come stay. He has come to celebrate Christopher's 16th and Jacob's 1st birthdays. On Saturday we went to the Atlanta History Center. What a wonderful place. We started in the Olympics exhibition. They had the participation medals and torches from all of the games. Upstairs the kids got to try out some of the sports from the games. We then walked through the Battle of Atlanta exhibit. The museum is built in the grounds of Swan House, which belonged to one of Atlanta's foremost families. We toured the house and had a wander through the beautiful gardens, we had the perfect spring day.

Gee I have lived here 8 years and hadn't heard of this place. Happy Birthday Jacob!
It is in Buckhead not far from Lennox Square Mall. We will have to take all the kids one day during the summer.
