Andrew's Birthday

Andrew doubled his age yesterday!! He went from being 1 years old to 2 years old!! He loves the movie Cars, it is on atleast once a day, so this birthday went with a abit of a Cars theme!! He has figured out how to open his presents and sat and opened each one, with a very excited WOW after each was opened! Of all the kids he definately has the biggest personality and ensures that he is the center of attention. He loves his little brother and is very affectionate toward him, giving him kisses and hugs and putting his dummy back in his mouth for him. Andrew I love you very much and love that you have a fiery personality to match your fiery hair!! I look forward to how much fun it is going to be to watch you grow and learn. Never a dull moment with you, I think.

Auntie Genevieve's Visit

We have had a wonderful visit from Auntie Genevieve. She came for her birthday and because she couldn't live without seeing Andrew and Jacob!! We had a brilliant time. For her birthday we got her a picture frame with the three pictures we have taken of Andrew and Jacob together on the bean bag, copious amounts of peanut M&M's, a book on how to write your family history and Karen Brown's guide to places to stay in Germany. We took Karen Brown with us to Spain and not once did she let us down, so figure she is a safe bet for Germany as well. It was nice to spend time with her I love watching her with the boys, her love for them is imeasurable. We also had Auntie Lauren come round one evening as well. We also got to meet their friend Dave from NYC, he is working on his Phd and is one day going to find the cure to HIV/AIDs, to say he is brilliant is an understatment.

Jacob has found a new favorite place to nap, Auntie Genevieve's shoulder!! Or, rather Auntie Genevieve found it for him. Everytime he would start to drift she would pick him up and hold him so that he would fall asleep on her shoulder.
